What are your processing times?

We aim to process your orders in 3-5 working days. We aim to ship orders every Monday and Friday.

Where’s my order?

The shipping times differ according to the shipping address’ location. Here are the approximate shipping times for each location we ship to: 

UK - 2-5 working days

Europe - 5-14 working days

Australia - 14-30 working days

USA/Canada - 14-30 working days

Please note that some orders may also be delayed due to customs.

Customs & Import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Refunds?

Returns and refunds are unavailable for personalised orders and commissions. For all other products; please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your item, and please ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are only available before dispatch, if the order was lost in the post or if returned in original condition. 

Conditions of returns?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do we become one of your stockists?

Do you use plastic free packaging?

Yes. We use brown cardboard boxes, kraft paper backed envelopes and paper tape. 

Privacy Policy?

Your name, email address, postal address, details of your order and payment information is the information we use to carry out your order when you buy a product from our shop. You may also need to provide us with additional information if you wish to order a commission or a personalised product.
We collect, use and share your information on a number of legal bases. Firstly, to provide our services (complete your order, carry out customer support, deal with returns). 
We must share your information with other third parties, but this is for very limited circumstances and limited reasons. We must share your information with Shopify to be able to provide our services and comply with our obligations under the Terms of Use. We also provide your information to postal services to be able to provide our service and deliver the product ordered to your door, the amount of personal information shared with these parties is very limited, and is only used to provide our services. We may also use your information for legal reasons if needed such as responding to government requests, enforcing our agreements, preventing/ investigating fraud or other illegal activities or to protect the rights, property and safety of our customers or others.
We keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to carry out our services, however, we may also have to keep your information to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disagreements or to enforce our agreements. We will generally keep customers’ personal information for 1 month.
Changing, restricting, objecting or deleting your personal information is a request you can also contact us about, the only circumstance is if we had to keep your personal information for legal reasons.
